Why it matters

A domain portfolio is brand infrastructure.

For enterprises and growing businesses with a large online audience, the domain is the front door for web, email, apps and payments. One missed renewal or one convincing lookalike can reach every customer at once.

Good portfolio management means knowing every name you own, when each one expires, who can change it, and who else is registering names that look like yours.

1
A renewal is missed

The card expired or the reminder went to a former employee.

2
Web and email stop

Customers see errors. Invoices and password resets bounce.

3
The name is picked up

An impersonator registers the lapsed or a lookalike name.

4
Trust is lost

Phishing from your own brand, and the recovery is slow and public.

Impersonators and lookalikes

Typo, vowel-swap and extra-word domains are used for phishing and fake storefronts. Watch for new registrations that look like your brand and see when they start serving mail or a website.

Missing critical renewals

Domain, SSL certificate and re-issue dates live in different systems. One calendar of all of them, with reminders, removes the single point of failure.

Weak or drifting configuration

Lost registrar locks, changed nameservers and missing DMARC are quiet changes. Daily checks surface them while they are small.

Too many people with too much access

Give finance billing access, IT the DNS, and security the reports. Role-based access keeps the portfolio safe as the team grows.

How it works

Four simple steps.

  1. Create an account and choose your locked billing currency.
  2. Select a one-time report or Essentials, Portfolio or Enterprise; review the invoice.
  3. Add your authorised domains, keywords or certificate hostnames.
  4. Review reports, notifications and reminder emails.
Evidence, not a guarantee

Clear about the limits.

Similar names, MX records and responding websites are review signals, not proof of phishing. Certificate transparency and DNS are incomplete inventories. Public registry dates can differ from registrar billing dates.

Ownership, actual mail delivery, registry lock, hostile content, revocation and exploitable takeover are not established. Failed lookups remain unknown.

Common questions

What does the free assessment include?

One free masked PDF report per account, showing summary and category counts only. It contains no named evidence. Paid one-time reports cover 1 domain for ₹499 or up to 10 domains for ₹2,999 before GST.

Are keyword protection and SSL Watch separate add-ons?

No. They are included in Essentials, Portfolio and Enterprise. Essentials includes 1 keyword watch and 10 SSL watches; Portfolio includes 3 keywords and 25 SSL watches; Enterprise includes 10 keywords and 100 SSL watches.

When do I pay and when are reports available?

Essentials is ₹1,499 per month, billed quarterly: ₹4,497 + GST upfront. Its first full report is available on payment, then one per paid quarter. Portfolio is ₹5,900 per month with a 3-month minimum; each quarterly payment is ₹17,700 + GST Portfolio and Enterprise include monthly full reports.

How much does annual Portfolio save?

Annual Portfolio is ₹4,900 per month, paid annually as ₹58,800 + GST Both Portfolio options include WHOIS information audit and correction support for better-organised digital asset ownership. It has the same inclusions as Portfolio Monthly and saves ₹12,000 a year versus ₹70,800 at the monthly rate.

Who can submit takedown requests?

Only Portfolio and Enterprise users can send requests from report findings: 5 credits per year for Portfolio and 25 per year for Enterprise. Free, one-time reports and Essentials do not include takedown requests. For special requests, contact the experts at DPSO. A request is not a guarantee that a registrar will remove a domain.

Does keyword protection monitor every extension globally?

It checks spelling candidates from the registration feed configured by the operator, including typo, vowel-swap and extra-word matches. A global registration feed is not connected yet, so global discovery is not currently available. Each lookalike it finds is re-checked every 15 days on Essentials and every day on Portfolio and Enterprise. DNS and certificate transparency alone do not cover every new registration.

Does SSL Watch renew or re-issue certificates?

No. It sends reminders using served certificate expiry, domain renewal dates or your manual re-issue schedule. Essentials allows 10 watches, Portfolio 25 and Enterprise 100. You or your certificate provider must renew or re-issue the certificate. Earlier observed expiry takes priority over a longer manual cycle.

What happens when a paid term ends?

Daily monitoring, keyword protection and SSL watches pause until renewal. Renewal reminders are sent 15, 10, 7, 3 and 1 day before renewal. Your invoice is generated 10 days before renewal and attached to reminders from then on. Renew through Billing. Recurring card payments are not connected yet; no automatic debit is taken. Report timing follows your plan. Checks and emails require a running worker and accessible public sources.

What does Enterprise include?

Enterprise is ₹99,999 + GST per year. It includes up to 500 domains, daily monitoring, monthly full reports, 100 SSL watches, 10 keywords, role-based access, 25 takedown credits per year, free domain consultation on call and experts available on call. We help audit and rectify WHOIS information errors for better-organised digital asset ownership.

Do Portfolio and Enterprise help correct WHOIS information?

We help audit and rectify WHOIS information errors for better-organised digital asset ownership. This support is included in Portfolio (quarterly and annual) and Enterprise. We help review registrant information and guide authorised corrections through the relevant registrar. Redacted public WHOIS alone cannot confirm every ownership detail; changes still require the account owner's approval and any registrar verification.

How are tax and currency handled?

All payments are in INR. Prices are shown before GST; 18% GST is added as a separate checkout and invoice line. Existing invoices keep their original prices and terms.
